It was a classic meet cute.

In June of 2021, Danny and Anne met at a bar called FancyFree. Anne was catching up with a girlfriend, Danny was sitting alone at a table. In his words, “it was a perfect opportunity.” He asked the two ladies if he could join them for a drink while he waited for his own friend to arrive. One drink turned into a few bottles of wine, laughter and long conversation. The rest, as they say, is history.

Two and a half years later, Danny proposed on a quiet, rainy street in Paris. Anne’s one request was that the proposal be a surprise, and it certainly was.

She said yes!
